Some of the best Asian in Boulder I think, and I truly love Asian food. There is other comparable pho, Boulder pho and black pepper, but they have a larger variety and everything we've had so far has been on point.
Free convenient parking is a plus
Clean space and great view of the mountains -

So delicious! I had been craving pho for several days as the weather has been unusually cold and rainy .. I arrived 30 minutes before closing.. got the veggie pho with grilled beef! Took awhile to get it but it was so fresh and so tasty! They did not skimp on the veggies! Broccoli zucchini carrots bamboo shoots water chestnuts baby corn celery scallions.. what?!! add the bean sprouts basil and jalapeño and wow! Perfection yummmm especially on a cold damp night
Taking off a star for the cleanliness (sriracha was a messy nightmare) and the fact that it took awhile.. and the waitress forgot my tea.. but she was very friendly and smiley and it was worth the wait! -

Nice PHO. We order the Brisket and the Brisket and Rare steak. The food was served quickly. Surprisingly fast actually.
It came out hot and the portions were large yet we only ordered medium.
The meats were full of flavor and the broth was hot and delicious. Very nice PHO.
Staff was great too. Welcomed us on the way in, seated is quickly and served everything with a smile.
Would go again. -

Overall good Asian food (quite a variety of options) but very expensive for the quantity of food you get. Their pho is significantly better than much of their other Asian food. Service is fast and need not expect a wait, making it a great option for lunch if you're looking for something fast.

For asian-fusion places, this place ranks pretty highly. You get a lot of high quality food for your buck. My wife had the chicken pho, which is gluten free, and was very impressed by it. I tried the fried dumplings and beef drunken noodles. The dumplings were fully tossed in a fryer and crisp all over, which is not a style I particularly like, but I know it's just another way of making dumplings. The drunken noodles were good, it definitely tasted like a chinese dish more than a thai dish (which is common in fusion restaurants). I appreciated the bok-choy addition to the drunken noodles. Also, when I asked for the dish extra spicy, they brought out some chili oil as a side. It was very smokey tasting, though not super spicy. The service was great, and the GF pho options are greatly appreciated.
